Cancellation policy

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

The Monthly Mail Club is non-returnable and non-refundable for any purchases confirmed by the 1st of the month.  If you would like to stop your subscription, you may log into your Account on the website and cancel your subscription.  However, any subscriptions confirmed by the 1st of the month will receive that month's letter and is non-refundable.  You have until the 1st of any month to cancel your subscription.
